To prove my theory that you can easily find a house in Thailand, I went around with my motorbike for about four hours and found about 15 objects that looked promising. You can do the same thing near any other tourist center in Thailand, e.g. Pattaya, Phuket, Samui.

Unit style under Australian management, all with high speed internet from 5500,- to 8000,-Baht

The Swiss owner of this untit style wanted about 8000,- per month. Maybe a little too much but partially furnished and brand new.
